Central Beers and Escom invest in the breweries

Alberto da Ponte, who was speaking in Lisbon at the conference "The Internationalization of Angolan Economy: Challenges and Opportunities", said that the locations planned in the project, contratualizado between the parties in December last year, are Luanda, Malanje and Lobito / Benguela.

For Alberto da Ponte, the investment is the "second phase of a long way in Angola", which began decades with the export of Sagres and now by an unsuccessful partnership with the largest brewer Angolan, Cuca.

The factories to install in Angola will have a production capacity of between 120 thousand and 150 thousand liters annually, about 15 percent of consumption in the Angolan market.

The company responsible for the investment of Angolan law, will be held by the Central Beers and the Escom, with the remaining shares reserved Angolan partners to identify.
